Imagine if you will, [tag]Michael Jackson[/tag]‘s “[tag]Thriller[/tag]” as danced by 1,500 inmates from [tag]Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center[/tag], Cebu, Philippines. Seriously.
