Comcast has been running a series of silly commercials. Just wait for the terrible pun at the end.

With the recent loss of [tag]Robert Goulet[/tag], we here in the Lair of Silliness thought it best to remember him with this wonderfully silly [tag]Emerald Nuts[/tag] commercial. Look out. He still might come and mess with your stuff.

He used to be an Imperial [tag]Dalek[/tag], but then Davros took over and things had to change.
This is a most amusing parody. Enjoy the Dalek [tag]Apple Ad[/tag]. (It doesn’t really have much to do with Apple…but it does have a Dalek in it.)
This is [tag]Steve Martin[/tag]‘s classic [tag]SNL[/tag] video: [tag]King Tut[/tag]. Enjoy!
This [tag]Australian[/tag] commercial for the [tag]Toyota Hilux[/tag] is hilarious. It translates pretty well, just so that you know. It might also help you to remember the handbrake. Enjoy! (A huge hat tip to JM of [tag]YouTube Digger[/tag] for showing us the way.)

Today we offer you a site that contains a whole slew of advertising parodies. [tag]False Advertising[/tag] parodies everything from Kleenex to Starbucks.
(A Hat Tip to Spunk over at [tag]The New Australian[/tag] for sending us the link.)
In these days of dealing with [tag]Vista[/tag] upgrades, why not upgrade to [tag]MS-DOS 5[/tag] instead? (A Hat Tip to Scotis_Man for letting us know bout this.)
This is a commercial for internet service from a company called “cetegel” that is located…somewhere that uses Euros. Shetlands in the Old West as a metaphor for slow internet service, eh? Check it out! (A Hat Tip to Teri for reminding us about this one. It’s just wrong. Well…wrong and silly.)
This is a commercial for Rolling Rock Beer in which a baseball does something a bit rude and painful. Sort of the ultimate foul ball. Dave Fleming (a radio announcer for the San Francisco Giants) is the announcer for this faux baseball game. Just remember to bring your protective gear to the game, okay?

So, there’s this fabulous band called [tag]Oingo Boingo[/tag], and apparently they did a [tag]Budweiser[/tag] commercial at some point. This fact is hurting our brains a little. Enjoy the silly commercial anyway. (We are blaming Matt for telling us about this one.)
